Customize your title pages with free online templates. Overlay is made of no print-transfer, PVC-free vinyl. Steel round rings are mounted on the back cover so pages can lie flat and experience less wear. 3" capacity holds 600 sheets. Binder also offers two clear inside pockets and exposed rivets.
