To return an item, contact
must be made within 30 DAYS of the purchase. The item must be in the original
Manufacturer packaging. It's always a good idea to keep the packaging for any
product for at least 30 DAYS in case they are found to be defective, as most
manufacturers will NOT take the product back if it does not have the original
packaging.
Account Credit:
All returns for credit should
be reported within 30 DAYS of purchase, be in original packaging and in resellable condition. Special permission for a credit may
be given on some items over 30 days, (31-45 days) but a 15% RE-STOCKING FEE
will be incurred. AFTER 45 days, we Cannot take back ANY product
Please note: Delivery
staff may not accept returns without collecting a signature on a return
authorization form. We appreciate your understanding
in this matter.
Defective Merchandise:
If your merchandise is found
to be defective, Tejas Office Products, inc. will
replace your merchandise for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30
days, manufacturer's warranties apply and requests for replacements should be
made to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable &
Non-saleable Products:
Any product that is returned
in a non-returnable or non-saleable condition will be returned to the customer
without credit to their account. Examples of non-saleable conditions include
but are not limited to: opened, cut or defaced
packaging; used products; missing pieces.
Perishable Goods:
For safety reasons, edible
goods cannot be returned, including but not limited to food, pharmaceutical
products such as aspirin, candy, snacks, coffee and other beverages.
Special Orders:
Custom items,
manufacturer-direct items and custom imprinted items cannot be returned.
Warranty Coverage:
Some returns or exchange
requests that don't qualify under the Tejas Office Products, Inc. Return Policy
may qualify for service or repair under the appropriate manufacturer's
warranty.
Furniture:
Returns on furniture can be
accepted for TWO weeks after delivery has been made.
Custom-ordered and custom-assembled furniture is made and assembled to your specifications so it is ONLY returnable if it is DEFECTIVE
when you receive it. Any non-custom furniture that is approved for return will
be subject to a 15% RE-STOCKING FEE. Assembly, installation and delivery
charges will not be credited.
Shortages:
Upon the date of delivery from
Tejas Office Products, Inc., any items that are missing from your order but is shown to be delivered on your signed delivery ticket
(Shortages) MUST BE CALLED IN On or Before the 3rd date after delivery.
Dated Materials:
Any dated materials, such as
calendars, planners, and others are non-returnable items.
