Where did my Favorites List go?

Your Favorites are now under Shopping Lists at the top of the site after you log in. Look for the heart icon.


How do I choose my Shipping Address?

Shipping addresses are now selected before you start shopping, at the top of the site after logging in. To shop for a different location, click the address next to the search bar and choose your desired shipping address in the pop-up.


How I need to re-enter my credit card?

For security, credit cards saved on the old Tejas website were not carried over to the new site. If paying by card is your preferred method, you’ll need to add it again. You can securely save a card for future use to avoid re-entering it each time you check out. Saved cards are stored as an encrypted token—no one (including Tejas Office) can view your full card number. Prefer not to save it? You can also use a card for a one-time purchase, and the information is removed after the order is processed.

I’m an Order Approver. How do I approve orders?

1. When an order is submitted for approval, you’ll receive an email letting you know a Purchase Request is pending.

2. You’ll also see a count of pending requests in the Purchase Requests icon at the top of the site after you log in.

3. Click the Purchase Requests folder icon to review, approve, or reject requests.

4. When you approve, you’ll have the option to add a PO number before submitting the order.

5. The requester will receive an email confirming whether the request was approved or rejected.


Need to look up past orders?

After logging in, click the Orders icon at the top of the site to view your order history.
