Model 400E Double-Sided Time Cards, blue print, 100/PK, compatible with 400E clock

Double-sided time cards are designed especially for use with Lathem 400E Time Clock. One side works for daily clock ins while the other side is used for semi-monthly and monthly time periods only. Side 1 includes prompts for name, ID number, period description and signature as well as two in/out boxes for 15 rows and boxes for regular time total, overtime 1, overtime 2 and gross. Side 2 offers a 16 rows each with two in/out boxes and places for notes, name and ID number signature. Universal time card supports all pay periods. 7" height requires Lathem 25-7EX Time Card Rack (sold separately).
