The U-Clip fastener features a unique design that allows folders to function like ring binders. The flexible fastener works in a way that allows pages to lie flat for easy viewing or photocopying. The heavy-duty plastic tubing will bend as you fold back papers so adding and removing pages doesn't mean removing and replacing any of the other pages. Each fastener includes everything you need to hold up to 2" of paper. Self-adhesive base attaches to any folder.
