Desk filer/sorter keeps loose paperwork neatly categorized. Heavyweight dividers are bound book-style so it's easy to open to the desired section. Holes in dividers help to locate papers remaining in file. Each divider is made of gray stock and has poly-reinforced tabs labeled 1 to 31. Dividers are printed in black ink on front and back sides of tab. Organize papers by the date follow-up action needs to be taken. Each section expands to 1-3/8" and holds letter-size documents. File/sorter also features an accordion fold that is tape-reinforced for durability.
