Wear this jacket in three different ways for ultimate adaptability: wear it on its own, remove the zip-off sleeves for a vest, or zip it into Ergodyne 8386 Outer Shell Hi-Vis Safety Vest (not included) to form a parka. Work jacket features a quilted body (100 g) and quilted sleeves (80 g) with Thinsulate that adds warmth without extra bulk. Weatherproof, 300D polyester outer shell resists wind and water while remaining breathable for warm, dry comfort on the job. Rib-knit cuffs seal out the cold by forming to your wrists.
